Overview
Muyo̠n-mi̽d Vrët was founded durring the late 14th century in spring of the year 1262, by Trèsêj Shostret. The establishment of Muyo̠n-mi̽d Vrët was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Trèsêj Shostret struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Muyo̠n-mi̽d Vrët as a prison colony.
Muyo̠n-mi̽d Vrët was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Muyo̠n-mi̽d Vrët is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Muyo̠n-mi̽d Vrët is buildings are arranged arround a network of narrow cobblestone streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The millitarily questionable fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
A look around Muyo̠n-mi̽d Vrët makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Muyo̠n-mi̽d Vrët’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The town seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.

The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.
